DJ Professor Entertainment provides professional DJ services, music entertainment, event hosting, sound equipment, lighting services, and related event entertainment services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding regions.
Services may include:
• Weddings
• Corporate Events
• Private Parties
• School Events
• Community Events
• DJ Classes
• Special Occasions
- Booking & Deposits
A booking is not confirmed until:
• A signed agreement has been received (if applicable)
• Any required deposit has been paid
• Confirmation has been provided by DJ Professor Entertainment
Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payments
Full payment must be received according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking agreement.
Accepted payment methods may include:
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Electronic Payment Services
• Cash (when approved)
Failure to make payments by agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of services.
- Cancellations
Client cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits already paid.
Refund eligibility will depend upon:

DJ Professor Entertainment reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, venue restrictions, or safety concerns.
- Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
• Adequate electrical power is available
• Safe setup and performance areas are provided
• Venue access is available at agreed times
• Necessary venue permissions have been obtained
DJ Professor Entertainment may refuse service if conditions present safety risks to guests, staff, or equipment.
- Music Requests
DJ Professor Entertainment welcomes client playlists, special requests, and music preferences.
The client is responsible for communicating any restrictions regarding:
• Explicit lyrics
• Edited or radio versions
• Age-appropriate content
• Cultural or religious considerations
• Do-not-play lists
DJ Professor Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested music selections while maintaining the overall flow and success of the event.
The client acknowledges that requested songs may contain language or content that some guests may find offensive. Final approval of playlist content remains the responsibility of the client.
- Limitation of Liability
DJ Professor Entertainment shall not be liable for:
• Venue failures
• Power outages
• Internet outages
• Weather-related interruptions
• Acts of God
• Delays caused by third parties
• Guest misconduct
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, and marketing materials are the property of DJ Professor Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
